Our Homes

Olympic Village at Sun Prairie features 69 ranch-style homes, each of which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an attached 1- or 2-car garage. Constructed in three- and four-unit complexes, the units are approximately 1,500 square feet and feature the following:

In addition, residents are free to contract with a third party for in-home health services that support their independence.

Pet Policy

Approved small pets are welcome to join the Olympic Village at Sun Prairie community. Small dogs (under 20 pounds) and cats are the most common companions, but others may be welcome too. Each pet requires a one-time nonrefundable deposit.

Neighborhood

Olympic Village at Sun Prairie is located just off US Hwy. 151, providing easy access to several parks, trails and a plethora of retail outlets, restaurants, Post Office, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical facilities and dental clinics. It lies just 11 miles northwest of Madison’s Capitol Square and provides easy car access to exploration of the rest of our happy state and region.
